Love

We as leaders desire to sweep this world with the power of God. We cannot do it without love. Love is the key that unlocks the door to all God has for us.

I Corinthians, chapter 13,
I always heard it described as the Love chapter. In verses 1-3, Paul said that without love, you cannot produce the gifts of the Spirit.

You can have a million-dollar cathedral, but without love you are nothing.

You may be able to raise the dead in your ministry,  but without love you are nothing.

Veres 4-8 we are told what love is:

Love is the force within you that suffers a long time and it still kind and gracious.

Love is that force within you that does envy.

Another person may have more than you have, but it shouldn’t  matter. There car may be nicer than yours or home, but you shouldn’t be envious.

Love is not puffed up, making a big “I” and a little “u.”

Love acts the right way.

Love rejoices in the truth.

Love never fails.

Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes in all things, and endures all things.~

Verse 13 says, “And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.”

When you find love or love finds you ; you have found a treasure.
