But When

After reading the text for the day all week it has something new every time I read it. John tells us that the bread and fish came from a little boy in the crowd. Jesus than took the bread and looked up and given thanks for the his blessings. We all love it when The Lord is in the blessing business for us.
Look after He had blessed it .He uses the same hands and breaks it. Before the bread could be shared it has to be broken. Yes, before we can be used sometimes we have to be broken. oh my Lord that’ll preach right there. Thank you Holy Ghost!
Those who God uses are the ones who are hurt deeply. Oooo!
A period of brokenness always proceeds a time of usefulness! So breaking is necessary. Can I get a witness:
The three Hebrew boys in the fiery furnace. The pottery on the Potter’s wheel. Elijah by the dry brook.
But the thing what caught my eyes this morning was that where were the bread when it was broken? It was in Jesus’s hand. Yes ,yes!
But after reading the witnesses story .I found out that when The Lord is breaking you, it isn’t to damage you beyond repair. He does it to prepare you to be greater,Greater is coming!
God only breaks us to broaden our ministry. He breaks us so He can use us at a greater level. Think of Moses on the backside of the desert. Think of Paul in prison. Think of Mary’s alabaster box of ointment.

I ask you today to take your life and place it in God’s hand. This is my challenge to you today.

Be blessed in Jesus name ,
Lady J
