I’m just trying to minister like Jesus.
The Bible makes it very clear that Jesus had a heart for women. Women were the first ones to appear at the foot of His cross and the last ones to leave.
They were also the first to be sent by Jesus to tell the men about His resurrection. Women throughout the Bible were true witnesses for the truth about Jesus.
Jesus allowed women to touchlIne This was just not allowed. A women was never allowed to come in contact with a priest. In (Luke 8: 40-49) you remember the women who touched the hem of His garment.Jesus immediately’ turned around and said “Who Touched Me?”
But He,Jesus, did not rebuke her, instead He talked to her.
The widow of Main, who had only one son, and when he died she went out to bury him.(Luke 7: 11-17) Jesus met the funeral procession and touched the bier where the dead man was lying. His touch resurrected the young man. When Jesus first met the widow, she was moaning. Jesus said to her, “Don’t Cry.”
He cared for the widow, and He cared for dead son.He touched the dead and they arose. He was life; He was the resurrection.
Jesus also had a vision,a passion, and a mission. Let’s not be weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. (Galatians 6:9)
Stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourself fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. (1Corinthians 15:58)
